Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available only to verified business buyers. We may require a valid resale certificate or tax ID before approving an account.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice and reflect wholesale rates for approved trade customers. All prices are in USD.

Payment

Standard payment terms are credit card or wire at order confirmation. Net 30 terms available for qualified accounts.

Warranty

Products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of shipment. Warranty is limited to product replacement.

Limitation of Liability

UDH is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use. Buyer is responsible for verifying part fitment before installation.
